This year’s awards are just around the corner and I hope everyone is looking forward to the glitz – excitement and anticipation ahead!
If we haven’t done enough to whet your appetite so far, this next announcement certainly will… Popular BBC Radio presenter Ady Dayman – the voice of Leicester is back to host this year’s proceedings, alongside the equally fabulous Kevin Ncube.
You may remember Ady from last year’s awards when he did an amazing job of presenting on stage – in full Indian dress! A fan of curry and all things Leicester, Ady is the perfect person to front our spectacular awards -bringing plenty of beery banter, jokes and entertainment to the stage!
However Kevin Ncube is making his debut this year – a man who may need a little introduction. Another familiar voice on BBC Radio Leicester, he has been a big supporter of our awards over the past few years – broadcasting live from the scene. However, we are glad to have him on board this year in a different capacity! Full of enthusiasm and right at home with a microphone in hand, we can’t wait to see what he brings to the stage – and as a fabulous fashionista of course, what he’ll be wearing on the night!
