The anticipation is hotting up ahead of this year’s awards, with just one week to go until the finalists are revealed!
Next Monday (July 22), the successful finalists in each category will be announced during a special event at Mattioli Woods in Leicester city centre.
Hopeful restaurateurs from across Leicestershire will gather in the venue’s stunning fourth floor Skylounge for the big reveal.
Finalists will be announced in each of the following categories: Best Catering, Best Street Food, Best Takeaway, Best Pub Restaurant, Best Vegetarian Restaurant, Best New Restaurant, Best Fine Dining Restaurant and Restaurant of the Year.
“It promises to be an exciting night and I’m looking forward to seeing how this year’s awards unfold,” said Romail Gulzar, Founder of the Leicestershire Curry Awards.
“The competition is now in its 7th year and continues to deliver the key ingredients of excitement, anticipation, passion and suspense. I can’t wait to see who moves on to the next stage!”
Leicester has been voting for its favourite Indian restaurants and takeaways ahead of this year’s awards, which are taking place on September 23 at the city’s Athena.
